St. Louis “What is FIRST®?” Informational Meetings
 
You have some information, may have seen a competition, heard about it from a friend, seen what FIRST can do and continues to do for students, schools and the community. Now it’s time to make the move and start a team, but where do you start?
 
Attend one of the meetings below and find out about:
  • Logistics for starting a team
  • What program is right for your school/organization?
  • Contacts and sources for when you need help during the season
  • How and where to get mentors for your team
  • Help available to guide you through the process of starting a team
  • Grants available
  • Schedule overview for the upcoming season 2013-2014

FLL Field Kits for Sale
Minimize

FIRST LEGO League field kits from the just completed Senior Solutions season are now available for sale.  These fields will not be used again for competition but are perfect for new teams looking for a way to learn to program to field elements, robotics camps or scout programs.  The field kit includes the 4' x8' vinyl mat and all the mission pieces (already assembled).  You can play with the mat on the floor or build your own FLL table.

Cost is $85 
Pickup would be 6/3/13 at St. Louis Community College - Florissant Valley

Agrawal Scholarship

·         In recognition for his passion and tireless efforts on behalf of the FIRST Robotics program, an anonymous donor has donated $10,000 to establish a scholarship in Ashok's honor for students to attend St. Louis Community College that have participated in the FIRST program in St. Louis

·         We encourage others to help us grow this scholarship so that we can provide opportunities for deserving FIRST participants to start their college career at St. Louis Community College.
